The Dairy Adventure

Join us during the Dairy Adventure Program! This program encourages you to play as you learn, by opening up a fun space for dairy discovery including learning how to use a “real” milking station. Understand the meaning and use of TMR, nutrition of the animals, and how Robotics are used in a Volunteer Milking System. Showcase Engineering when you explore the structure of the ecosystem in our milking parlor and use Math to figure out why logistics play such a vital role in the integrated farm operation.

The Pig Adventure

Participating in the Pig Adventure Program will help students learn all about pork and its benefits and discover the growth cycle of pigs from little piglets to a full-grown sow, gilt, or boar. Monitor the development of baby pigs and see how the farm works cohesively. You will get first-hand knowledge about how our feeding system is engineered to monitor animal intake, we calculate growth rates to ensure pigs are getting what they need, and how we ensure the animals are well cared for.

The Crop Adventure

Explore the Crop Adventure Program to learn about the importance of working to feed 9 BILLION people, the many uses of corn outside of consuming it, and how we can be sustainable with limited resources. See how a tractor can tell you about the nutrients in the soil. Explore how technology assists farmers in addition to pollinators and the amazing biodiversity on the farm.

Admission to farm grounds is free. Tour packages at additional costs. We recommend experiencing at least one during your visit. From Memorial Day through Labor Day enjoy seasonal pricing with the inclusion of our Mooville Attractions.

Live Animals

You will see live animals on our farm however, we are biosecure so there is no human interaction.

We suggest you arrive in the morning to fit in everything you want to see! Each Adventure takes between 2 – 3 hours.

The Dairy Adventure

Enjoy the Dairy Adventure!  Explore the farms in virtual reality in Stemmie’s Lab, learn about sustainability through interactive games, meet Diva Mooreau and learn all about her life on the farm, discover dairy families from across the country and so much more!

The Pig Adventure

Learn all about the magnificent pig in an experience that’s “sow” much fun.  Use the sonogram to discover how many piglets our pig is pregnant with, watch a newborn learn how to walk and play in our Redwood King’s treehouse! Round out your adventure with a visit to our indoor Ropes Course!

The Crop Adventure

Grow your knowledge when you see how we are feeding 7 billion people and counting.  Go deep underground and learn all about the bugs in our soil, watch our National Geographic movie: Apples on Aisle Four and see what the future of farming looks like!

Climb to udder heights in our outdoor play area from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

Each season, we bake up the best take-home treats and seasonal and farm souvenirs. Our farm-fresh cheese baskets and delicacies always make for a great gift, even for yourself!

On-Site Dog Park

Bring Fido along for your visit. The Marriott is dog-friendly and we have an on-site dog park to make sure everyone gets their exercise.
