Fair Oaks Farms Concert Rain Policy
All sales are final. No refunds. Concerts at Fair Oaks Farms are rain or shine events.
Fair Oaks Farms strives to carry out each concert to the extent it is safe to do so. Concerts may be postponed, suspended, or cancelled in the case of lightning, heavy winds, heavy rain, or other threatening weather conditions that place the audience, artists, crew, staff, or facilities at risk.
Performance Adjustments
At times, adjusting the schedule of performers may be necessary. Preference will be given to maintaining as much of the headliner’s performance as possible.
Refund Policy
• Pre-concert cancellation: In the event of cancellation by Fair Oaks Farms prior to the beginning of a concert, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund or partial, pro-rated refund depending on ticket type.
• No refunds for: Concerts that are postponed, rescheduled, suspended, or concerts that have already begun.
• No refunds or credits will be given once a concert has started, regardless of subsequent cancellation or early conclusion.
Special Circumstances
Note: Fair Oaks Farms reserves the right to designate certain concerts as non-refundable, particularly those with larger investments. Such decisions must be made in advance of ticket sales and clearly posted on the purchase site and printed on the ticket.
