Completed full, robust, Continuous Training Program

Dr. Enid Mendoza has finished a full one-on-one, retraining of every individual on the farm as well as continuing the monthly group-based continuing education in animal welfare. Every individual, once they have completed the individual training has gone through a review exam for assurance of understanding and has signed the Employee Animal Welfare Agreement signaling to their commitment to those policies. All employees have also been trained and agree to our “See it, tell it” policy of reporting any abuse or suspected animal abuse. This system allows them to report anonymously or through their supervisor or directly to the family owners of the farms.

Now that animal welfare training is complete and documented, Dr. Mendoza conducts spontaneous on job daily training besides her formal, monthly group continuing animal welfare courses.
