Igloo Policies

  • All bookings must be made online. No phone bookings or payments are accepted by telephone.
  • Animals are not allowed in the igloos.
  • The capacity limits are strict, even for children (no exceptions)
  • Gratuity: An automatic 20% gratuity is applied based on food and beverage prices.
  • Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available if cancellations are made 48 hours in advance. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of reservation time.
  • The fee you pay when booking is a reservation fee to hold your table. This fee is separate from your meal and will not be applied toward your final bill when you dine with us.

Are dogs allowed in the Igloos?
No, we do not allow any animals in the igloos.

Are highchairs allowed in a 2-person igloo?
No, the capacity limits are strictly set at their limit. No more than 2 people are allowed in the 2-person this includes small children and babies.

Is the fee a deposit that is applied to my bill? 
The fee you pay when booking is a reservation fee to hold your table. This fee is separate from your meal and will not be applied toward your final bill when you dine with us.

Is this event Rain or Shine?
If the weather is extreme, The Farmhouse will cancel reservations and return all payments.
