Governor Holcomb adjusted the statewide face covering mandate to be a mask advisory and lifted other requirements beginning April 6, 2021. The Governor’s announcement is available in his News Room. Fair Oaks Farms continues to follow the orders from the Governor’s office and local officials. We continue to follow heightened measures that reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. These operation adjustments may change as guidance and requirements from various government agencies and industry organizations continue to evolve. We are taking the following measures across all our businesses to be ready for you
Increased cleaning & sanitation:
- All staff members are trained in cleaning and sanitation practices.
- We will continually monitor best practices in sanitation as outlined by the CDC, evaluate our practices, and keep staff up-to-date.
- We will clean and sanitize gathering areas, commonly touched surfaces, and exhibits regularly.
Enhanced staff member training and health screening:
- All staff members will complete a health check assessment prior to returning to work and before each shift.
- Should any staff members be exposed to the COVID-19 virus or experience any symptoms, they will follow all self-quarantine guidelines as outlined by the CDC.
Face Coverings Protocol:
- Face coverings are optional for guests at the Marriott hotel.
- Face coverings are optional for guests at all other Fair Oaks Farms businesses.
- Face coverings are optional for Fair Oaks Farms staff during their shift.
