Will my order still be fresh when it arrives?
Absolutely! All perishable items are packaged and shipped with cold packs to ensure a completely fresh product upon delivery.
What are your shipping policies?
Orders typically take 2-3 business days for processing and are then shipped via UPS Two-Day Delivery. We ship orders anywhere within the United States*.
Most orders will require a 2 day transit time. Please be aware that if your item is not shipping local, or requires 2 day air, it may be held and shipped on the next business day to avoid sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.
If shipping our products as a gift, you must notify the recipient to ensure that someone will be available to receive the package. We will not be responsible for packages delivered and left unattended.

Can I have a gift message shipped with my purchase?
Sure! Include your message in the “Gift Message” box during checkout.
How do I get a receipt?
Your receipt will be emailed to you after an order has been placed. Shipments include packing slips, but printed receipts are not provided. Please contact us after your order is placed to ensure that a paper receipt is included with the shipment.
Do you accept customized orders or special holiday orders?
We offer customized gift boxes and will also customize your holiday or company gift purchases. To order a customized gift box, please call 219-394-5422.
What if my cheese is not available after I purchase it in your online store?
At times, our inventory is limited. Although our web site is updated regularly, it is possible that an item that you purchased is temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we will ship as much of your order as possible and send the additional item(s) as soon as available. Should a product ordered become unavailable for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
Will my information remain private and secure?
Fair Oaks Farms will never reveal your email address or any other personal information to anyone. Our online shopping system is 100% secure and uses 256-bit SSL encryption.
