Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 15x10 baking dish.
Boil a large pot of lightly salted water.
Add package of seashell pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain.
Over medium heat, melt butter in a small saucepan. Mix all-purpose flour. Cook until a roux forms. Stir in the Fair Oaks Farms milk, salt, and ground white pepper. Stir until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat. Stir in shredded Fair Oaks Farms' award-winning Smoked Gouda cheese.
Combine cooked pasta and cheese sauce. Transfer to prepared dish.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until heated.
Serve dish to guests. Enjoy!
