Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (16 oz.) package seashell pasta
  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 1/2 cups Fair Oaks Farms milk
  • 4 oz. Fair Oaks Farms' Smoked Gouda cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Lightly grease a 15x10 baking dish.

  3. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water.

  4. Add package of seashell pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain.

  5. Over medium heat, melt butter in a small saucepan. Mix all-purpose flour. Cook until a roux forms. Stir in the Fair Oaks Farms milk, salt, and ground white pepper. Stir until sauce thickens.

  6. Remove from heat. Stir in shredded Fair Oaks Farms' award-winning Smoked Gouda cheese.

  7. Combine cooked pasta and cheese sauce. Transfer to prepared dish.

  8. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until heated.

  9. Serve dish to guests. Enjoy!
