Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water. Occasionally stir until cooked, but firm (approx. 8 minutes). Then drain.
Over medium heat, melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Slowly pour Fair Oaks Farms milk into butter-flour mixture until bubbling. Shred Fair Oaks Farms Cheddar cheese with a grater. Add shredded cheese to the milk mixture. Stir until cheese is melted.
Add macaroni into the cheese sauce. Mix until coated.
