In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Make a well. Pour in Fair Oaks Farms milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
Lightly oil a griddle or frying pan. Heat over medium-high. Pour the batter onto the griddle or frying pan. Use approx. 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides. Serve hot with butter and maple syrup.
