Good Old-Fashioned Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups Fair Oaks Farms milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Make a well. Pour in Fair Oaks Farms milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.

  2. Lightly oil a griddle or frying pan. Heat over medium-high. Pour the batter onto the griddle or frying pan. Use approx. 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides. Serve hot with butter and maple syrup.
