Fair Oaks Farms Hickory-Smoked Sweet Swiss is our Master Cheesemaker’s own variety. This cheese is hardwood smoked to give this swiss it’s unique, rich flavor. Great with nearly anything you can think of, but it is certainly a great companion to barbecue and makes a great cheeseburger.
