Our Valentine’s Day menu will feature the following items:
- Grilled Corn and Lobster Bisque
- Herb Crusted Prime Rib served with Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, and Au Jus
- Peppercorn Beef Tenderloin served with Truffle Potato Cake, Cabernet Reduction, and Grilled Asparagus
- Pan Seared Scallops & Shrimp with Beef Ragout served with Saffron Risotto
- Surf ‘n’ Turf including 6-ounce Filet Mignon & Jumbo Shrimp served with Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus
For dessert the Farmhouse will serve:
- Chocolate Fudge Molten Lava Cake a la Mode served with Fair Oaks Farms Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Strawberries
- Creme Brulee served with fresh berries
