Pumpkin spice has become a staple spice for the fall season in the US. Every September we start seeing pops of this flavor in drinks, baked goods and even ice cream! If anyone knows the fall season, it’s Fair Oaks Farms! We love this time of year for obvious reasons: cozy flannels, pumpkin carving contests, apple picking and most importantly, pumpkin spice lattes. Every year we are so excited about our fall traditions like CowtoberFest and all things pumpkin!
Now is the perfect time to skip the long lines at your local coffee shop and get into the fall spirit by making your very own PSL at home!

Pumpkin Spice Latte
Enjoy this easy-to-make drink in the comfort of your kitchen!
- 1 cup Fair Oaks Farms milk
- 2 tbsp pure pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup hot espresso or strong-brewed coffee
- sweetened whipped cream
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, mix the Fair Oaks Farms milk, pure pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Place plastic over the bowl and vent with small holes.
Microwave milk until hot (1 to 2 minutes). Whisk until the milk mixture is foamy.
Pour hot espresso or strong-brewed coffee into a mug.
Add foamed milk. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle extra pumpkin pie spice.
