You do not need to schedule ahead of time to experience the tours that we offer here at the farm. For larger groups (20+), however, we do ask you to schedule ahead of time with our Adventure Coordinator.
We recommend 2 hours for each- The Dairy Adventure and Pig Adventure. They are mostly self-guided tours so you can slow down or speed up to accommodate your own pace. Add 1 hour for The Crop Adventure. Add 1 hour for Mooville.

Yes, we are equipped for special needs. We have a special needs restroom with a hydraulic adult changing table available on campus along with a lift on our tour buses.
There is a Mother’s Lounge available on campus to allow privacy and a quiet spot.
We require a school group (K-12) of no less than 20 students to qualify for the discounted school rate of $9* for the whole experience, $3* for the Pig and Crop Adventures only, or $6* for the Dairy and Crop Adventures only. *Thanks to a sponsorship from Indiana Soybean Alliance & Indiana Pork

Milk is provided to your class at no charge and flavor choices are to be turned in to your Adventure Coordinator no later than two weeks prior to your visit. Ice cream is available for pre-order for an additional cost.
For ages 7-12 we require one adult for every 10 children. For ages 2-6 we require one adult for every 5 children.
We recommend that you set aside a minimum of 2-3 hours per Adventure, plus 30 minutes for lunch.
UPS is our default carrier. All orders ship from our warehouse in Fair Oaks, IN by our dedicated cheese team.
If you have concerns about when your cheese will arrive, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Timeframes
We ship all cheese with the expectation of the box arriving within two to three days. We use Cool Shield Thermal Bubble packaging and ice packs which are intended to keep cheese cool for 48 hours.
We ship boxes out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Absolutely! All perishable items are packaged and shipped with cold packs to ensure a completely fresh product upon delivery.
Orders typically take 2-3 business days for processing and are then shipped via UPS Two-Day Delivery. We ship orders anywhere within the United States*. (Besides Alaska and Hawaii).
Most orders will require a 2-day transit time. Please be aware that if your item is not shipping local, or requires 2-day air, it may be held and shipped on the next business day to avoid sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.
If shipping our products as a gift, you must notify the recipient to ensure that someone will be available to receive the package. We will not be responsible for packages delivered and left unattended.

Your receipt will be emailed to you after an order has been placed. Shipments include packing slips, but printed receipts are not provided. Please contact us after your order is placed to ensure that a paper receipt is included with the shipment.

At times, our inventory is limited. Although our web site is updated regularly, it is possible that an item that you purchased is temporarily unavailable.
In such cases, we will replace the item with an item that is equal or lesser value.

Yes! Ice packs are made to melt and cheese, as a preserved + fermented food, is made to withstand a bit of warmth. Simply refrigerate upon arrival. It’s normal for cheese to arrive warm or at room temperature. The cheese is only unsafe if it has grown mold or spoiled. If left warm too long, you may notice an orangey/yellow sheen that doesn’t disappear when chilled – this affects taste but not safety. If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us at [email protected]. Melting ice packs can also result in a bit of moisture – thankfully our cheese is sealed so it is safe.
These cheeses have a wide variety of smells based on their ripening style. A powerful dairy smell is normal and will mellow out after even just a couple minutes of getting some “breathing room”. We also recommend unwrapping and having your cheese out at room temperature for 30-45 minutes before serving.
Most orders ship in 1-3 business days. Shipping time depends on location, weather, and day of the week. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If your order hasn’t shipped within 3 business days, please contact us with your order number. Please keep in mind we only ship Monday- Wednesday.
Starting in November, we offer scheduled Christmas deliveries. We also offer holiday delivery for other major holidays like Thanksgiving and Valentine’s Day. For notifications about holiday shipping options, follow our social media and sign up for our newsletter.
Our blocks of cheese last 6-9 months unopened in the refrigerator if refrigerated upon arrival. We do not recommend freezing as it can ruin the texture and taste.
Yes! All our classic cheeses are 100% vegetarian as they’re made with vegetable rennet. This doesn’t affect the nutritional value or taste.

We don’t want any cheese back! If you feel that there is an issue with how the cheese arrived, please snap a couple photos of the wrapped cheeses and the interior of the box and email us at [email protected] before putting your cheese in the fridge. If something went wrong, rest assured we will do our best to make it right.
