Executive Assistant to COO:

The Executive Assistant will proactively handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks for the Chief Operating Officer. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, project management, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.  Bachelor’s or equivalent education and experience required.

Food Handler at Cowfé:

Prepare on a daily basis all deli food to sell following all recipes and safety food handling guidelines and procedures. Slice, cut and package meats, cheese, fruits or vegetables and any other food products needed by the business. Clean kitchen, floors, coolers and shelves or walls. Stock all food products received for prepping and products required to sell. Monitor food sales and production to eliminate waste. Other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Assistant:

Assist customers with all their needs while promoting Fair Oaks Farms brands products and business’s. Communicate effectively and help all co-workers carry out daily duties to aid in business success and customer satisfaction. Duties may involve cleaning, cash handling, credit and debit card payments processing, stocking, moving and lifting objects. Food handling such as scooping ice cream, heating food products and other duties as assigned.

 Social Media Coordinator:

Responsible for developing original content, suggesting creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand.  Responsible for increasing web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. This position also acts as a marketing assistant that will help with production art, event planning and more. Must be technical savvy, an expert on social media platforms, excellent communication skills, ability to grasp trends in digital technologies and act proactively. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.  The Social Media Coordinator reports directly to the Marketing & Events Director and the Creative Director. BS in Marketing, media or relevant field.

Crop Adventure/Orchard:

We are looking for seasonal associates to be cross-trained in both our Crop Adventure and our Orchard.  Become part of one of the fastest growing companies in NW Indiana.  Weekend availability a must.  Join our herd!!

Cowfé:

We are looking for part time sales associates for our cheese, retail and ice cream departments to be filled at our Cowfé.  Part time permanent positions available.  Join our herd!!

The Farmhouse Restaurant:

is now hiring servers, bartenders, hosts, server assistants, dishwashers, bakery assistants and line cooks.  Line cooks MUST have experience.  Please apply in person.  Applications available on location. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.  Both permanent and seasonal available.

Bus Drivers:

We are looking for bus drivers to become part of the Adventure! Bus drivers must have a CDL license, passenger endorsement, airbrake endorsement and be available on weekends. Both permanent and seasonal positions available.  Join our herd!!
