Farmhouse Restaurant Sous Chef:
Assists in overseeing daily operations of the kitchen, including staff. Support Executive Chef in planning, organizing, scheduling. Execute the menu ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction while striving for profitability.
BP/Market Customer Service Assistant:
Assist customers with all their needs while promoting Fair Oaks Farms brands products and businesses. Communicate effectively and help all co-workers carry out daily duties to aid in business success and customer satisfaction. Duties may involve cleaning, cash handling, credit and debit card payments processing, stocking, moving and lifting objects. Food handling such as scooping ice cream, heating food products, and other duties as assigned.
Director of Finance:
The Director of Finance is the senior financial leader for the Fair Oak Farms complex, recognized as the #1 agritourism destination in the Midwest. The Finance leader is responsible for the financial strategy that ensures the fiscal health and sustainability, as well as for day-to-day fiscal operations for the Fair Oak Farms family of companies. This role is accountable to produce accurate financial reports in a timely manner, to sufficiently understand the business to provide timely forecasts and insights into key operational drivers behind the numbers. The Director of Finance will effectively lead, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the Accounting Department and financial needs of the company, including administrative, financial, and risk management operations.
Hotel Sales Manager:
Generation of top line catering revenue for the hotel and function space by maximizing all revenue potential and up-selling additional events/amenities, whenever possible, to build additional revenues.
Keep buildings, rooms, and areas in clean and orderly condition. Perform various cleaning duties as directed, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and windows, taking out trash, dusting, and bathroom maintenance. Cleaning employees always seek to keep the company’s buildings and public areas to an exceptionally high level of cleanliness to maintain the reputation the company has established. Duties also include performing routine, small maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs and independently performing duties particularly well and in a timely manner.
Fairfield by Marriott Lifeguard:
The Lifeguard is responsible for providing a safety and security for the activities in the indoor pool area with emphasis on the petite water slide. Position provides the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner, and ensuring presence and attention to monitor all activity of guests utilizing the slide; securing area when personal breaks or shift ends to ensure no usage of the slide in absence of a Lifeguard; closing area when threatening conditions mandate such action. Provides a welcoming attitude and can effectively and courteously communicate with guests and fellow employees to provide information.
Farmhouse Assistant Manager:
The Assistant Manager is someone who is passionate about food, beverage and customer service. They are a problem solver with strong work ethic and leadership skills. The Assistant Manager understands that customer satisfaction always takes priority but efficient restaurant operations make it possible.
Farmhouse Bar Back:
We are looking for an observant, efficient Bar Back who can work with other staff members to ensure that our customers receive prompt, seamless service. The Bar Back will assist in cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked with napkins, straws, glassware, garnishes, and all other necessities, and taking on other duties to support the Bartender and ensure that the bar operates smoothly. You should be knowledgeable about menu items, attentive, and focused on providing the best possible service in a fast-paced environment.
Fairfield by Marriott Public Space Attendant:
The Public Space Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleaning of public space areas, indoors and outdoors, maintaining established quality standards. Assist with other cleaning needs as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper, including, but not limited to folding linen. Always ensure customer service is delivered to the level of satisfaction expected by the guests and meets the standards as established by the hotel.
Fairfield by Marriott Maintenance Technician:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the Maintenance Department functions at the hotel, including the cleanliness of outdoor space, the general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel as well as maintaining the Rooms Preventative Maintenance Program, as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
Fairfield by Marriott Laundry Attendant:
The Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, drying, ironing, and/or folding hotel linen per standards for use by departments. Must ensure linen is in inventory before the arrival of Room Attendants. Assist with inventory of linen and terry products, laundry and cleaning supplies, and notify Executive Housekeeper of needs to efficiently complete work requirements.
Dairy Adventure Guide:
The Dairy Adventure Guide will ensure each guest experiences the bus tour and all exhibits. The Adventure Guide warmly welcomes guests and proactively offers them information on all attractions. He or she advises on what order to visit each attraction according to the current daily happenings.
Ropes Adventure Guide:
The ropes course attendants are also responsible to ensure the guests enter, navigate, and exit the course in a fun and safe manner. The ropes course attendants are responsible for ensuring that guests are safely harnessed in order to do the obstacle course. The ropes course attendant warmly welcomes guests and proactively gives direction on how to have the best ropes course experience.
Pig Adventure Guide:
The Pig Adventure Guide warmly welcomes guests and proactively offers them information on barn operations and pigs by following the script, offering interesting facts, and answering questions.
Fairfield by Marriott Room Attendant:
The Room Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner by maintaining a clean and attractive guest room in a timely manner while following standards and safety/security procedures. Responsibilities include cleaning hallways and other assigned areas, maintaining established quality standards.

Greets guests immediately, makes suggestions and answers questions regarding food, beverages, and service. Practices salesmanship to enhance the dining experience without allowing guests to over order. Uses guests’ names regularly throughout the dining experience.
Responsible for various assigned work stations within the kitchen, which include, but not limited to, working with equipment such as, knives, steamers, sauté station, frying, ovens, steam kettle, char broiler, griddle, slicers, food processors, etc. The Cook will artfully prepare wholesome foods as directed either verbally or by reading order tickets or banquet event orders in accordance with the company standard recipes and presentation techniques while maintaining all applicable state sanitation rules and regulations.
Responsible for clean dishes, kitchen food preparation equipment, and utensils. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, using a dishwasher or by hand. Providing employees with assistance in the kitchen as needed and flowing all sanitary and health-related protocols. Loading and unloading the washing machine. Ensure sanitation standards and cleanliness in all kitchen areas. Clean and sanitize all areas of the kitchen and operate the dishwashing machine in a safe, accident-free manner.
Farmhouse Prep Cook:
Performing a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking such as preparing cold foods slicing meat and cheese and putting away stock. The Prep Cook will artfully prepare wholesome foods as directed either verbally, by reading the recipe book or banquet event orders in accordance with the company standard recipes and presentation techniques, while maintaining all applicable state sanitation rules and regulations.
Cowfé Customer Service Assistant:
Deliver exceptional customer service, offering our guests an individual shopping experience! Assist customers with a friendly and outgoing attitude. As a family-oriented company, we seek a team player whose #1 priority is to ensure our guests leave with a smile, a box of chocolates, and a bag full of merchandise. Associates must be able to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays). Individual tasks might include, but are not limited to, keeping the selling floor stocked, organized, and clean, handling food safely, handling cash and electronic payments, answering telephone calls and direct inquiry to proper personnel, lifting products, and helping co-workers and other departments. An ideal Cowfe assistant is dedicated to go the extra mile to exceed the customers’ expectations by “finding a way to their heart”.
The Dairy/Pig Bus Driver will ensure each guest has a safe and enjoyable bus experience by proactively offering information and answering questions.
